No charges are incurred for cancellations up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
Cancellations or modifications 14 – 7 days before the date of arrival are charged 50% of the total reservation cost.
Cancellations or modifications 7 days before the arrival date and no-shows are charged 100% of the reservation.
Cancellations checking out earlier than the original check out day are charged 100% of the reservation charge.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation (pre-authorization may be required) or a bank transfer.
The payment of deposits and bank transfers follows our Cancellation Policy.
The total reservation amount or balance will be payable the Hotel at Check-Out or Check-In time.
