Measures to avoid Coronavirus COVID-19 transmission:

At Nelly's we have taken and take all the necessary precautions to avoid Coronavirus transmission.

• We hold the "First Health" Certification for active health protocol for the operation of a tourist accommodation according to government regulations
• Antiseptic liquids are available in all rooms and communal spaces
• All of the cleaning products used are certified for use against the COVID-19 virus and certifications may be seen on request
• Check-out and check-in between stays (check-out until 11.00 am and check-in from 15.00 pm) are mandatory
• Check-in may be performed in an open space
• Room cleaning during guests' stay is carried out only on request and not more frequent that every 4 days

For Departures/Arrivals:

In addition to meticulous cleaning we disinfect our rooms and bathrooms with a special disinfectant fogger between guests arrival and departure
Our rooms are disinfected between guests departure and arrival and are left open to air for as long as possible
It is recommended to open doors and windows for natural ventilation of the space on a daily basis.
Air conditioning is disinfected in accordance with government guidlines. Please make sure air-conditioning is shut down when the doors are open.
